Mr. Andy Xuan Zhang
Chief Executive Officer, executive Director and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Andy Xuan Zhang is the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director and Chairman of the Board. He is responsible for the overall strategic planning and business direction of the Group and management of the Company. Mr. Zhang has over 15 years of operational and managerial experience with both multinational companies and local Chinese companies in Internet, automobile and finance industries. Mr. Zhang held numerous positions in Bitauto (NYSE: BITA), including vice-president of finance from 2006 to 2009, chief financial officer from 2009 to 2016, chief operating officer from 2015 to 2016, and president from 2016 to 2017. He has also served as a director and the chief executive officer of Bitauto since March 2017 and January 2018 respectively. His extensive involvement in Bitauto’s strategy and operations contributed significantly to the growth of Bitauto and its successful listing on the New York Stock Exchange in November 2010.
Mr. Zhang obtained his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from New York University in May 1999. Mr. Zhang has also been a certified public accountant granted by the Education Department of New York State in October 2003.
Mr. Dong Jiang
President and Executive Director
Mr. Dong Jiang is our President and Executive Director, primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Group. Mr. Jiang joined our Group in March 2015 and previously served as our Group's Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining our Group, from February 2011 to March 2015, Mr. Jiang was group deputy manager of China Grand Automotive Services Co., Ltd. (600297.SS). From January 2008 to January 2010, he was senior vice president of CAR, Inc., (Hong Kong Stock Exchange Stock Code: 699).
Mr. Jiang received his bachelor’s degree in aquaculture from Dalian Ocean University in July 1993 and master’s degree in business administration from Peking University in July 2011.
Ms. Xiaozheng Liu
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Xiaozheng Liu is our Chief Financial Officer and joined our Group in April 2017. Ms. Liu is primarily responsible for corporate finance, investor relations, investments and acquisitions, strategy and legal matters of the Group. Between September 2015 and April 2017, Ms. Liu was chief strategy officer of Qihoo 360 Technology Co. Ltd (previously listed with ticker NYSE: QIHU). Prior to that, Ms. Liu was Head of China Technology Investment Banking Division at Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited, where she worked from June 2011 to September 2015. Prior to that, she was the vice president in China Investment Banking Division at Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited, where she worked from October 2009 to June 2011.
Ms. Liu received her bachelor‘s degree in finance from Nanjing University in July 1997, Master’s degree in finance from Renmin University of China in July 2000 and master’s degree in management from the University of California, Los Angeles in September 2004.
Mr. Zhi Gao
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Zhi Gao is our Chief Operating Officer and primarily responsible for managing auto finance operations of our Group. Mr. Gao previously served as Vice President of Operations since joining our Group in September 2016. Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Gao was employed at Coca-cola Industries Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd ((可口可乐企业管理（上海）有限公司) from April 2002 to August 2016, serving as executive supervisor of marketing prior to his departure.
Mr. Gao received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Dalian Polytechnic Academy (大连轻工业学院) (currently known as Dalian Polytechnic University (大连工业大学)) in July 1993, and his executive master’s degree in business administration from Dalian University of Technology in June 2015.
Mr. Zhifeng Jia
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Zhifeng Jia is our Chief Technology Officer and primarily responsible for developing our technology and data platform, as well as overseeing our Group’s technology initiatives and strategies. Mr. Jia previously served as Senior Vice President of Technology since joining our Group in May 2017. Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Jia served as Vice President of Engineering at Autohome, Inc. (NYSE: ATHM), where he worked from April 2011 to April 2017 . Prior to that, Mr. Jia served as Senior Director of Engineering at eLong, Inc. (艺龙旅行网) (previously listed on NASDAQ: LONG), where he worked from February 2008 to April 2011.
Mr. Jia received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Science and Technology of China (中国科技大学) in July 1996, and his master’s degree in information and computer science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in June 1998.
Mr. Yongfeng Yang
Senior Vice President
Mr. Yongfeng Yang is our Senior Vice President and joined our Group in October 2016. Mr. Yang is primarily responsible for management of our Internet products and used automotive business. Prior to joining our Group, from June 2010 to October 2016, Mr. Yang was product operation director of the used automobile division of Autohome, Inc. (NYSE: ATHM).
Mr. Yang received his bachelor’s degree in plant science and technology from Northwest A&F University in July 2007. Over the past three years, Mr. Yang has not been a director of any listed companies.
Mr. Wei Li
Assistant Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Wei Li is our Assistant Vice President of Business Development and joined our Group in December 2013. Mr. Li is primarily responsible for management of business development. Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Li held various positions at Bitauto (NYSE: BITA), starting from January 2006.
Mr. Li completed a bachelor’s course in business administration in the Liaoning University of Technology in July 2011.
Mr. Chang Chen
Assistant Vice President of Information Technology
Mr. Chang Chen is our assistant vice president of information technology and joined our Group in December 2013. He is primarily responsible for IT operations. Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Chen held various positions at Bitauto (NYSE: BITA) from March 2005, handling systems and network operations and maintenance.
Mr. Chen received his college degree in computer applications from Anhui University in July 2002.
